2001 RINKER 212 DB Captiva in exe cond Mercruiser 5.0L with ALPHA 1Outdrive, ALUMINUN TRAILER All kinds of storage space and room for the Whole family and some! these boats are designed to take Lots of people aboard and be in Comfort while doing it. Look What you get: In recent years ski-boat makers have been trying to create passenger-friendly models that might appeal to would-be stern-drive owners. At the same time, the stern-drive builders have been attempting to woo skiing and wakeboarding families with towers, extended platforms and such. After testing, honestly the Captiva 212 is a bonafide water-sports and family pleasure combo boat. The 212 is as maneuverable as a 19-foot boat or smaller. The running surface maintains a bite in hard turns so you can stay onthe throttle and head the opposite direction without throwing passengers across the cockpit. The 5.0-literMerCruiser, drops onto plane in barely three seconds on its way into the mid 50s. Despite its small-boat responsiveness nobody will mistake the212 for a little runabout. Rinker has packaged an interior that includes a big L-lounge, removable dinette table and one of the widest sun pads (nearly four feet) we’ve seen on a boat this size. . In true stern-drive heritage, the 212 has an aft companion way that’s accessorized with a wet storage compartment under the step and a stereo remote. A traditional ski boat doesn’t offer fashionable snap-in carpet and swiveling bucket seats for driver and passenger. The bow lounges are long enough for full-size adults.
